What is Death?

As per scriptures,
Death is separation of the soul from the physical body. The entrance of a soul into a body is called birth. The soul's departure from the body is called death. A body is dead if the soul is absent.

What is Soul?
A person is performing an action, say he's going to steal something. Right from when the thought of robbery took birth in his mind, his conscious silently kept telling him at the back of his mind DONT DO IT, IT's WRONG.
DONT DO IT, IT's WRONG.
This voice which comes from within every individual is from the Conscious which always tells the truth and guides you to take the right path. This conscious is the SOUL...!

Usually, the tendency of the common man is to neglect the conscious and keep doing things what his mind tells him to. Its WRONG... By this way, you are killing your own conscious. Killing your conscious mean killing your Soul. This state is as good as Death.
